What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Which shipping carrier will be used to deliver my item?
We use UPS (United Parcel Service), USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx to ship our items.

When will I receive my order?
Orders ship Monday-Friday. Our items typically ship within two business days after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon selected shipping method available to you.

Can I place an order via phone or e-mail?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders through email. We ask and encourage you to place your order online, however, customer service is also available via email or phone to assist you with your purchase. If you are having difficulty in placing an order, you are more than welcome to contact us, and we will provide you with the help necessary to complete your order.
